Job Scope
1. Accurately key in data related to property management details.
2. File and organize all required documents, ensuring proper record-keeping.
3. Regularly update reports and maintain accurate records for team review.
4. Generate reports as needed for leasing and operational activities.
5. Liaise with the leasing operations team to ensure timely updates and resolve discrepancies, focusing primarily on paperwork and reporting tasks.
