YOUR TASKS
To manage, drive, and support IT projects/application that address business opportunities and issues through goal setting, planning and implementation within budget and on time.
- To support country digitalization and Continuous improvement program, to analyze, assess, capture function business requirements according to project management tools, or DHL First Choice methodology.
- To deliver projects/initiatives that improves employee experiences, customer experiences, and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Be conscious and leveraging the best use of available technologies within organizations.
- To provide project update regularly against project plan to ensure visibility of project progress to ensure project completion in time and on budget.
- To translate business requirements and be conscious on the technologies within the organization to meet the business need.
- To provide technical support to local business applications and liaise with ITS counterpart for EGAP core application supports.
- To review the change request, implement and maintain approved local applications and reports according to changing business needs.
- To adhere to change management process.
- Provide requested routine support on applications.
- Provide training and advice of core/local applications to users where it’s applicable.
- Liaise with third party software/hardware services providers as an extension of software development/support resources
- Deep dive and understand on business requirements, captured and evaluate against technical feasibility.
- Compiled to IT Country local process for the E2E IT development cycle.
- Documentations.
- To participate in IT strategy planning
- To develop skills in DHL proprietary applications.
- To develop a high performance service culture within the IS Department.
- To manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
- To identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled Business Services team.
YOUR PROFILE

- Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
- 3-5 years IS and business experience, preferably in logistics industry
- 3 years’ experience with Business or Systems Analysis responsibilities
- Degree in Information Services/Business (or equivalent)
- Communication skills (English), spoken and written (excellent)

Technical expertise in:
- Knowledge of all DHL EGAP applications and expert in some of them
- Adequate of Database knowledge (MSSQL, Dataverse, Azure, etc…)
- Desktop systems and application environment
- Some knowledge in telecommunications and networking
- In-depth knowledge of system development tools used by DHL (e.g. Nintex, M365, Power Platforms, etc...)
- Latest web technologies
- Some knowledge in business application development life cycle
- M365 applications
- Power Platforms
- Data Analytics Skills
