• To support country digitalization and Continuous improvement program, to analyze, assess, capture function business requirements according to project management tools, or DHL First Choice methodology.
• To deliver projects/initiatives that improves employee experiences, customer experiences, and enhance operational efficiencies.
• Be conscious and leveraging the best use of available technologies within organizations.
• To provide project update regularly against project plan to ensure visibility of project progress to ensure project completion in time and on budget.
• To translate business requirements and be conscious on the technologies within the organization to meet the business need.
• To provide technical support to local business applications and liaise with ITS counterpart for EGAP core application supports.
• To review the change request, implement and maintain approved local applications and reports according to changing business needs.
• To adhere to change management process.
• Provide requested routine support on applications.
• Provide training and advice of core/local applications to users where it’s applicable.
• Liaise with third party software/hardware services providers as an extension of software development/support resources

Process

• Deep dive and understand on business requirements, captured and evaluate against technical feasibility.
• Compiled to IT Country local process for the E2E IT development cycle.
• Documentations.
• To participate in IT strategy planning

People - Management

• To develop skills in DHL proprietary applications.
• To develop a high performance service culture within the IS Department.
• To manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
• To identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled Business Services team.
