YYC is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead sales initiatives in assigned areas. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering impactful presentations on our products and services. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and overseeing the quality of our service delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue opportunities to close business deals.
• Develop client relationships to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Implement sales plans and evaluate effectiveness in achieving target sales.
• Set up appointments and present YYC's products and professional services to clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentation to clients to drive sales.
• Provide input for sales planning and business development strategies.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports for management.
• Assist and support marketing events and/or webinars organized by the company.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Finance and Banking, or a related field._ Added advantage for candidates with an accounting background_.
• Preferably at least 1 year of sales experience, especially in the services industry.
• Strong negotiation, sales prospecting, and strategic planning abilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, able to take on challenges, and eager to learn.
• Business acumen with a keen understanding of client needs and industry trends.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required. Added advantage for candidates fluent in Mandarin.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
