Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Mont Kiara / Subang Jaya
Basic Salary: RM4,000 to RM4,500
Benefits:

• 13th month bonus (based on company performance and at the discretion of management)

Tenure: Permanent, 6 months probation
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SPM Certificate
• Minimum 3 years of industrial (B2B) marketing experience.
• Good command & written in English (primary language) and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent skills in taking corporate pictures & video.
• Good knowledge of graphic design, typically editing corporate social media and web pages.
• Excellent copywriting and regular posting of company news, activities, products, and services on company social media accounts such as Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, the website, etc.
• Must possess own transport and able to travel outstation

Job Description:

• Perform effective daily telemarketing activities.
• Assist the Sales and marketing team in assessing the department's progress and developing a sales and marketing strategy accordingly, such as product catalogs, websites, banners, etc.
• Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a friendly manner.
• Actively attend exhibitions and assist in exhibition material preparation at the exhibition booth.
• Liaise with other departments to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs.
• Submit weekly reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
• Update daily customer data entry.
• Liaise with clients to identify and define their requirements, and the scope of supply required.
• Conduct customer surveys.
• Arrange the booking of a conference room or meeting room, prepare food and beverages, and welcome visitors as and when required.
• Actively participate in all business networking sessions.
• Assist in ISO documentation and internal audit.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
