- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon-Fri (8.30 am – 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Focus on driving revenue growth in the Malaysia market (Hunter role).
- Possess a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and demonstrate the ability to effectively present and promote products to potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects, including emerging markets, growth opportunities, trends, new customers, products and services.
- Conduct market research, customer profiling, and surveys to explore new opportunities and gain insights into market dynamics.
- Develop and implement product growth strategies to meet both short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Create, manage, and oversee development programs, ensuring they are executed according to plan.
- Serve as a trainer, sharing knowledge and best practices with the distributors' sales teams.
- Mentor and guide team members, helping them enhance their performance and achieve their goals.
- Regularly provide updates, including but not limited to weekly sales reports, customer visit recaps, and monthly reports on market penetration and conversion rates.
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry, preferably within the frozen food, biscuit, or bakery sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proven experience in crafting and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Strong project management and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of the Malaysia, Singapore, and international markets is a plus.
- Possess own transportation, and willingness to travel frequently for sales opportunities.
