A. Overall Purpose Of The Job
Support the Medical Services organization by facilitating digital transformation through managing business system, application, processes and reporting. Optimize the digital value from existing IT infrastructure and business system such as Electronic Medical Record System-(PPS, Manage Med, ECW), Oryx / Kronos, Health Core360, MS D&A Reporting Portal and other agile digital solution from Microsoft platform (Sharepoint, SWAP, Training Delivery) through better local expertise, change leadership and sustaining.
B. Key Responsibilities
Electronic Medical Record System – PPS/Manage Med/ECW:

• Liaise with IT, Operations Managers, Site Liaison Officers, Medical Directors, site Medical Staff to ensure Electronic Medical Record System-PPS/Manage Med/ECW or fully adopted and utilized correctly to generate value in data .
• Provide support regarding training of country teams, monitoring any issues and resolving it with IT where needed.
• Conduct in person and remote training to site staff on how to use PPS Software.
• Review reporting from PPS/Other software to identify issues or gaps in data collection and work with end user stakeholders to improve overall accuracy and integrity of data.

Oryx / Kronos:

• Monitor Operations Planning and Delivery Platform – Oryx / Kronos application usage and data integrity.
• Ensure Oryx / Kronos data quality compliance across the region is met through close monitoring and updating of Oryx / Kronos system.

Health Core360

• Project and Technical Coordinator supporting Health Core360 Digital Platform
• Directly involved in the roll out and implementation of Health Core360 in Malaysia, Philippines, Mongolia, Singapore and Vietnam
• Conduct virtual training to onboard Program Managers, Provider, Doctors, members on how to use Health Core360 dashboard and Mobile app.
• Provide technical support to local Program Manager to ensure effective utilization of Health Core360 applications across the members/client population
• Work closely with the Health Core360 developer (ekincare) team to communicate user feedback, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate updates and enhancements

Reporting

• Responsible for the data quality in business system application (PPS, ORYX) through weekly report and discussion with different stakeholder to resolve issues in timely manner.
• Submit monthly Oryx reports to facilitate internal finance cross charging

Data & Analytic Support

• Develop and maintain reports using tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Excel to visualize key performance indicators and trends related to application usage, user activity, and system performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports by validating data sources, implementing data cleansing procedures, and conducting regular audits.

Additional Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Office365 tools, such as Share Point, Power Automate, and Power Apps, to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.
• To work within and promote all International SOS’s policies, procedures and corporate values.

C. Job Profile
Required Skills and Knowledge

• Basic Project Management skills and experience.
• Strong organizational skills and good at setting his/her own agenda and managing his/her time accordingly to ensure achievement of objectives.
• Excellent IT skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI & Office365
• An ability to multitask on several different initiatives simultaneously whilst ensuring consistency and quality.
• Self-starter who does not require constant instructions, but who understands the importance of following Standards and Guidelines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy for various business process and system application

Required Work Experience

• Demonstrated experience in configuring and troubleshooting enterprise software applications.
• Experience in a multi-cultural working environment.
• Previous international or multinational corporation working or internship experience.
• Campus, association, or professional Project Management experience will be highly regarded.
• Experience in basic data analytics for reporting purposes, including gathering and analysing application usage data, generating reports, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• High level of computer literacy.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Management, System Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Statistic, Engineering.
• Project management qualification will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Languages

• English language fluency (oral and written) an absolute must.
• Other languages are a plus.

Travel Requirements

• Travel to support countries as and when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
