Responsibilities

• To ensure car park opened according to stipulated operational hour.
• Promotes and provide good Customer Service and ensure all complaints are properly handled and reported to proper channel.
• Monitoring daily activities at car park including traffic and crowd movements
• To ensure no illegal parking including motorcycles, trucks, buses
• Follow the Car Park operating procedures and manuals
• Ensure cleanliness of surrounding area
• Ensure all entry/ exit point are smooth and to report any technical issue
• To carry out irregular spot-checks from time to time, on the assigned working post, to ensure the staff available.
• To perform any works order given by the Car Park Manager.

Requirements

• SPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree students from all disciplines
• Applicants must be willing to work in i-City
• Minimum 2 years working experience in car park operations.
• Willing to work 6 days a week including on weekends, public holiday and overtime
• Willingness to work on shift rotation (8am-5pm , 3pm-12am, 12am-9am)
• Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive working attitude, hardworking and responsible
• Have own transport (motor)
