Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM requirements, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic skills in preparing food and beverages, candidates with barista/juice/beverage/service crew experience would be an added advantage.
• No experience required, training will be provided.
• Candidate must be between 21 - 40 years old
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia both verbally and written. Mandarin would be an added advantage for the candidate.
• Must have an outgoing personality with good customer service skills is an added advantage.
• Able to work within a team environment with a self-initiative attitude.
• Must have a “Must Approach Customers & Sell Attitude”

Job Description

• Able to operate the cashier/point of sale (POS) system, credit card terminals, price scanner and relative devices
• To be responsible to handle cash, credit/debit card transaction, e-wallets and maintaining an accurate record of sales
• Able to attend to enquiries by the customers in a prompt and professional & friendly manner, solving any customer related issues/problems as and when required
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the cashier area
• Have a good thorough understanding of the items for sale, pricing and any special/seasonal offers that are available
• Able to make juices, smoothies, etc.
• Must be able to up-sell all of our products such as fruit yogurt, cut fruits, prepack salad, juices, smoothies and other items within the retail area.
• Placing orders using Purchase Orders with suppliers
• Receiving goods delivered by suppliers
• Any other ad-hoc task that is needed before, during and after operations

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
