We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team at a tow truck company. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks, provide excellent customer service, and support dispatch operations to ensure smooth and efficient towing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Calls: Respond to incoming calls from customers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders promptly and professionally.
- Dispatch Support: Assist the dispatch team by coordinating with tow truck drivers, providing them with accurate information, and updating the dispatch system in real-time.
- Customer Service: Communicate with customers regarding service requests, provide status updates, and handle any inquiries or complaints in a courteous manner.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately enter and maintain records of towing jobs, customer details, payments, and other important data in company systems.
- Billing and Invoicing: Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain financial records related to towing services.
- Coordination: Work closely with tow truck drivers, mechanics, and other team members to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
- General Administrative Tasks: Perform various office duties such as filing, copying, mailing, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Insurance renewal/policy skill will be an advantage
- SPM or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role; experience in a towing or transportation company is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office) and dispatch systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
>5 working days-Sunday to Thursday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
