Job Description

• Analyzing Technical Drawings: Understanding blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) models to determine the machining processes needed.
• Selecting Tools and Materials: Choosing appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and materials based on the design specifications and the capabilities of the machines.
• Creating CNC Programs: Writing, testing, and refining CNC programs using CAM software to control machining processes such as turning, drilling, and grinding.
• Simulating Machining Processes: Running simulations to verify the tool paths, detect any potential issues, and ensure the programs will produce the desired outcomes efficiently and accurately.
• Optimizing Programs: Adjusting the programs to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize tool wear and material waste.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Running test pieces to validate the programs, troubleshooting any issues that arise during machining, and making necessary adjustments.
• Maintaining Documentation: Keeping detailed records of programs, machine setups, tool selections, and any modifications made during the production process.
• Collaborating with Teams: Working closely with engineers, machinists, and quality control teams to ensure the final products meet the required standards and specifications.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in CNC machining industries.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
