Duties and Responsibilities include the following

• To monitor the movement of ERT staff during and after office hours.
• To ensure ERT staff movement after office hours and weekend are approved prior of performing their tasks.
• To monitor all tools and equipment (ERT tools) are available and kept in a good condition.
• To monitor the response time for the ERT are within the SLA.
• A window person to communicate and arrange with AVIS towing service provider.
• To delegate ERT manpower on breakdown and accidents accordingly.
• To analyze the number of breakdowns and accidents on a monthly basis.
• To ensure ERT manpower are available at any time as per requested.
• To monitor the timing of ERT staff performing their task.
• To communicate and arrange with AVIS’s station in the event of breakdowns @ accidents and to arrange a manpower where necessary.
• To perform Logistic task on any circumstances on manpower issue e.g. sick leave, emergency leave etc.
• To monitor, manage and attend to any ERT manpower issue.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the superior.
