Duties and Responsibilites include the following:
Data Administration

• Process job requisition form and export data into Job Sheet
• Update Rentcar vehicles related information including mileage, fuel level & user details
• Update delivery checklist based on job performed and ensure acknowledgement from user
• Obtain customer's car details which required service/maintenance
• To fill in Inspection Slip (F44) during job completion

Operation

• Check vehicle's condition and ensure minimum requirement are in place
• Responsible for vehicle replacement, vehicle delivery as requested by customers
• Collect vehicle from customer and send for repair/maintenance
• To ensure vehicle sent for inspection before due
• Repair vehicle on periodic basis when necessary / as assigned by superior
• Transfer vehicle to outstation upon requirement
• Assist to send customer's vehicle for service/maintenance
• Perform stock count end of day and match with Inspection Slip (F44)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
