- Contribute to the development, implementation, and updating of company policies, procedures, strategies, and guidelines.
- Create and implement corrective action plans to address crises and compliance issues.
- Lead the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) development program, ensuring compliance with all five sections of the RBA Code.
- Manage the company’s sustainability engagement platform for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee and coordinate all social compliance audits conducted by both internal and external parties.
- Act as the main point of contact for auditors regarding company development.
- Implement and manage sustainability engagement plans with customers.
- Supervise and monitor the development of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives.
- Conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and management reviews.
- Establish and maintain security system standards in accordance with company policies and customer requirements, including designing security processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review and approve facility and production floor layouts to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and manage workplace security systems, including training for employees, management teams, and security personnel.
- Oversee security compliance audits for confidential workshop areas and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Knowledgeable and experienced with all five sections of the RBA Code and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
- Must have experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, management, and regulatory agencies.
- 3-5 years of experience in internal or external audits.
- Prior experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of relevant regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex compliance issues and propose effective solutions.
- Proven integrity and ethical judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
- RBA/CSR: 1 year (Preferred)
- Mandarin (Preferred)
