Compliance Executive
FULL TIME
September 1, 2024
- Report to Head of Legal Department ("HOD") and/or directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer and/or Executive Directors of the Company's Group.
- Handle all Compliance related tasks to the Company's Group (including the company's holding company(ies), subsidiaries, related companies, associated entities, etc.) as per instructed by the HOD.
- Ensure that the company group operations with local and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Ensure that the company's Group complies with legislation, regulation and the requirements of professional bodies and other organizations.
- Ensure proper management and administration of compliance documents.
- Prepare report/ executive summary or compliance issues and assist in preparation of business proposal to the managements of the Company's Group.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company;s Group and/or HOD from time to time.
- Bachelor's Degree in legal, business or other equivalent/professional qualifications or any relevant certification.
- At least 1-2 Years of working experience doing compliance work.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Willing to travel an outstation in a short notice.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Confident and fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, inclusive writing and speaking.
- Enjoy meeting and communicating with people.
- Possess valid driving license.
- Able to work in team and independently whenever needed.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
