Legal Executive

- Draft and review agreements/contracts/terms of engagements/letter to authorities and other legal documents.
- Ensure all contracts are made in compliance with standards and law.
- Ensure proper execution of contracts, agreements and legal documents.
- Ensure proper management and administration of legal documents.
- Provide practical legal advice and opinion when necessary.
- Attend and represent the company in contract negotiations and meetings.
- Prepare legal report and business proposal to Management.
- Undertake such other duties/reponsibilities as assigned from time to time by the HOD.
- Support HOD in liaising with an external lawyer and other external parties on all legal matters.
- Must have experience in Corporate or in-house. Litigation background is an advantage.
- At least 1-2 Years of working experience in-house or in legal firms.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel an outstation in a short notice.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Knowledge in legal matters with excellent communication.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license.
- Able to work in team and independently whenever needed and meet the deadlines.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
