Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and original content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, and other multimedia content.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies that align with brand goals and target audience interests.
• SEO Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and on-page SEO techniques.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media accounts by posting regular content, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
• Research: Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor content to inform content creation and strategy.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is consistent with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging guidelines.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and make data-driven improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, videographers, and other team members to create cohesive and visually appealing content.
• Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.

Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Skills:

• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of content marketing and SEO principles.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like Word Press.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) are a plus.
• Basic Video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
