Job Description:
A Corporate Innovation Executive will drive technological and strategic innovation initiatives across various sectors. You will collaborate with corporate clients to develop and execute tailored innovation strategies and run impactful workshops designed to inspire new ideas and solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Engaging with corporate clients to understand their business needs and create tailored innovation plans.
Leading innovation workshops and training sessions to ignite creativity and develop practical strategies within client teams.
Advising clients on how to implement cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions to drive business growth.
Managing multiple innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and alignment with client objectives.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
Supporting hybrid/remote engagements, ensuring effective communication and seamless project delivery in diverse market environments.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or master’s in business administration, marketing or any related field
A minimum of 3 years' experience in innovation consulting, corporate strategy, or technology-driven project management.
Prior experience working within digital ecosystems, startups, or corporate strategy.
Proven experience in running innovation workshops and managing client innovation initiatives.
Strong project management skills with a focus on creativity and execution.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on client relationship-building.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Ability to work independently within a hybrid/remote model and adapt to diverse business environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
