Customer Service - Airline Booking - Spanish Speakers

Salary: RM 8,000 + RM 400 KPI
Shift: 24/7 Rotational (5 days on, 2 days off)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in the airline or booking industry (required)
Job Responsibilities:
As part of the Reservation and Ticketing team, you will handle customer, travel agent, and passenger inquiries. Approximately 90% of your tasks will involve inbound inquiries, with the remaining 10% focused on back-office work. You will communicate via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries efficiently.
Key Duties Include:
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats promptly.
  • Understand customer needs, clarify issues, and offer solutions or alternatives.
  • Build strong customer relationships by going the extra mile.
  • Safeguard customer privacy and protect personal information.
  • Meet both individual and team performance targets.
  • Handle a range of inquiries, from simple to complex, within the designated time frame.
Additional Information:
  • The company will cover paperwork and relocation expenses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
