Company Background:
This company is a rapidly growing specialist in the entertainment karaoke industry and is among the top well-known family karaoke establishments in Malaysia. With a total of 13 branches nationwide and ongoing expansion into different states, the company is currently seeking an Account Manager for their Puchong branch to involve managing, overseeing, and ensuring the effective daily operations of the accounting department.
Job Description:

• Respond promptly and professionally to phone reservations from various outlets, accurately documenting all reservation details.
• Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding available services, pricing, and any other inquiries they may have.
• Collaborate with outlets to coordinate reservation schedules and ensure that all bookings are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the different outlets, facilitating smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of customer information, always ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• To perform any other duties as assigned immediate superior or any other person assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Able to speak Mandarin fluently.
• Minimum SPM graduated.
• Organized and efficient in daily tasks.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
• Goal-oriented, organized team player.
• Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to actively look for ways to help people.
• Proficiency in using office software applications, telephone systems, and other relevant tools.
