Customer Service (Outbound - ICCC Caller)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handling mainly Outbound calls
  • Approach customers via phone to do a survey using the Net Promoter Approach
  • Approach customers based on a different point from the country's direction
  • Sets the platform for customers to understand that the company is concerned and focuses on Customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customer feedback and note every feedback receives
  • Prepare the customer for a follow-up call from the Second caller
  • Highlight areas for improvement, with suggested solutions
Job Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or advanced/Degree, any field.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • 1 - 2 years experience in Customer Service or Telesales.
  • Required skill(s): Customer services skills, telephone system skills & negotiation skills.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willing to work at Kerinchi, Bangsar
