Customer Success Specialist (Cold Calling/Tech Industry)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team, with a focus on cold calling and customer outreach.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products or services.
- Engage with prospects, identify their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our tech offerings.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide excellent service via phone, email, or chat.
- Manage and update CRM systems with customer information and call logs.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
- Follow up on leads generated by marketing and sales teams.
- Work closely with the sales and support teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to management on customer responses, trends, and potential improvements to the outreach process.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in customer service, cold calling, or telemarketing, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in B2B cold calling or sales in the tech sector.
- Familiarity with Saa S products or digital solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding call quotas and customer satisfaction goals.
