Autoflo Technology is a chemical pumping technology company. We specialise in technologies for the transferring, dosing, diluting and controlling of chemicals.
We currently represent 4 major manufacturers here in Malaysia, namely Dosatron (France), Injecta (Italy), Fluimac (Italy) and Aquarius (Australia). Our portfolio includes water-powered dosing pump, metering pumps, air operated double diaphragm (AODD) pumps, centrifugal pumps, as well as control and instrumentations. Besides that, we also produce our own automated and smart chemical pumping and control system.

Job Description

• To facilitate a positive, seamless and confident experience for our customers throughout their interaction with us
• Attending to incoming enquiries, understand customer's requirement, and preparing, sending and following-up on quotations accordingly
• Provide required product and technical information like brochures, data sheet, manual to customers promptly
• Coordinate with relevant teams on regular basis for on-time system assembly and delivery of customers' order
• Make sure all equipment sent in for repair are attended to, the service report sent out, and repair completed accurately and within the shortest time
• To prepare sales analysis and weekly/monthly sales report, order intake report, order on hand report, sales pipeline report, sales activity report, assembly status report for weekly/monthly sales team meeting
• Organise weekly/monthly sales team meeting
• Support sales and marketing team with exhibitions

Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar
• Minimum 2 years in technical/engineering related roles, preferably in equipment like pumps, valves, air compressor, etc.
• Minimum 1 year in commercial-related roles like inside sales, sales support, customer service, etc.
• Looking for a role with combination of technical and commercial responsibility
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Organised, quick, and able to coordinate between different teams
• Customer-oriented, positive personality, responsible
• Good time and priority management skills
