Position name : Associate Executive (Customer Service)
Working Hours : 5 working days (Mon – Fri) 9am – 6pm
Contract Period : 3 months
Salary : RM2450 - RM2950
Qualification : Diploma
Age requirement : Below 35 (Female Only)
Language : Malay, English
Job Responsibilities :
-Receive and act on instruction from customer on collection/delivery schedule.
-To request Invoice/Packing List when required and to generate the documents.
-To verify the goods quantity tallies with Invoice/Packing List.
-To make necessary arrangement according to customer's request.
-Understand and communicate to relevant people on any special request/requirement made by customer.
Qualification :
-Diploma
-Minimum 2 years of working experience in a 3PL Company as Customer Service.
-Added advantage: Experience / knowledge in import / export procedure and experience in a warehouse environment.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,450.00 - RM2,950.00 per month
