Digital Marketing Assistant (E-commerce)

Responsibilities :
  • Assist and manage in product management such as upload of all existing and new products, images, descriptions and conduct market research to E-Commerce marketplaces (e.g. Shopee / TIKTOK /Facebook/Instagram etc.)
  • Patiently sever online customer, provide quality and comfortable service
  • Responsible for daily sales operations, including campaign, logistic management, product page optimization, keywords optimization, and business flow optimization.
  • Assist in content creating session for TIKTOK and SHOPEE
  • Assist in order processing, documentation and delivery Clerical and administration support to platform.
  • To perform other admin job as requested
  • Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by superior
  • Able to be live host assistant is advantage-able
Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/ ‘O’ Level/Diploma or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply this position, but at least 1 year of working experience in the related filed is required for this position will be added advantage
  • A sense of responsibility, good communication skills, interest on E-Commerce / Digital Marketing field
  • No Camera Shy and cheerful and attractive personality, comfortable talking in front of a camera
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate on Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point, Independent and able to meet deadlines
  • PS, video editing, video shooting skill are additional skill require
  • Candidates who are fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English is preferred as the role requires
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,602.41 per month
