Digital Marketing Assistant Manager

This position manages KHIND Marketing Malaysia’s overall branding, communications, digital marketing, public relations, works collaboratively within the Branding Team to develop overarching strategies and tactics for effective digital branding efforts and then ensures that they are executed effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Lead the development and implementation of external and internal marketing and communications, tactics and deliverables/contents, including employee-focused communications, in line with the organization’s vision, strategies and values.

Ensures campaign plans are executable with desired KPI, results and performance. Acquire and apply key learnings from campaign execution.

Identify, develop and maintain key digital communication channels, adapting and improving them in line with external trends and business needs.

Lead, manage and execute all external digital communications (websites, social media, email/text campaigns, Google Ad Words, SEO, etc).

Plan, manage, execute, monitor and evaluate digital media buying performances which include but not limited to Social Media (FB, IG, TT, TW, YT), Search (SEM), Google Display Network (GDN), and Marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, PG Mall, etc).

Develop, publish and update product listings in KHIND Online and official stores in online marketplaces.

Seek opportunities to collaborate and leverage with other relevant brands to promote awareness, trials and conversion.

Maintain and manage communications and social media calendars, timeline and budgets for all branding and promotional campaigns.

Monitor and report competitor online activities on a monthly basis. Gathers and analyses market research data to create strategies for the branding, marketing and promotion plans.

Update and report weekly internal WIP discussions with team members.

Prepare and present the ongoing and upcoming branding and promotional plans/activities for Monthly Sales and Marketing Meetings.

To Be a Successful Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, Multimedia, Digital Marketing or related field is required.
Master’s degree in these or related fields is highly desired.
Specialized Knowledge: Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point)

Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ related experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or related fields.

Knowledge in interpreting and analyzing digital performance analytics and insights.

Exceptional writing, grammar and editing skills in the English language. Proficient in Mandarin and Malay language are added advantage.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Strong time management and organizational skills.

Experience creating/managing project budgets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM7,500.00 per month
