Key Responsibilities
Monetization Strategy
  • Develop and execute effective monetization strategies to maximize revenue for our Tik Tok Shop marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) across all platforms, including Tik Tok Shop.
Ad Revenue Optimization
  • Optimize ad placements, pricing models, and other revenue-generating factors within campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that monetization strategies align with Catwalk Malaysia's overall business objectives.
Campaign Management
  • Design, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on Tik Tok, ensuring they meet specified goals and budgets.
  • Health and Beauty trends management
Business Development & Growth
  • Continuously evaluate sales data and consumer behavior on the Tik Tok Shop platform to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Support business decisions by providing actionable insights based on campaign performance, directly contributing to the growth and success of our fragrance brands.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience (1 year) in managing Tik Tok Shop campaigns and utilizing Tik Tok Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of social media advertising strategies and e-commerce best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and data effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,220.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
