Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support various aspects of our marketing strategy, including social media management, on page and off page SEO, affiliate program development, email campaigns, and lead generation. You will also actively engage in work bidding on platforms like Upwork to help expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Marketing: Create, schedule, and manage posts across various social media platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement.
• Affiliate Program Management: Identify potential affiliates, handle sign-ups, and foster relationships to expand our affiliate network.
• Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute email campaigns to reach prospective clients and nurture leads.
• Bidding on Freelance Platforms: Submit project proposals on Upwork and other platforms to secure new projects and clients.
• Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients to create opportunities for new business.
• SEO Support: Assist in optimizing web content to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
• Performance Reporting: Track and report the performance of campaigns and marketing efforts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ year of experience in digital marketing, social media, or online platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or similar marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and affiliate marketing.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mail Chimp, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
