Job Overview
As a Digital Marketing Executive at Rish Nutrition, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and contributing to the overall growth of our startup brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies, managing our online campaigns, and ensuring that our brand message resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities

• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Rish Nutrition's overall business objectives and brand identity.
• Campaign Management: Contribute to and manage a campaign's technical needs, pixel implementation, campaign setup, targeting, advertising creative, and campaign quality.
• Performance Optimization: Run A/B tests, monitor and optimize marketing campaigns and creative assets to ensure optimal performance with target audiences and Facebook users.
• Analytics: Maintain and monitor keywords, account daily and monthly budgets, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics for Rish Nutrition's digital marketing campaigns.
• Industry Trends: Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and development, ensuring alignment with Rish Nutrition's strategies.
• Campaign Evaluation: Conduct pre-campaign analysis and post-campaign analysis for campaign evaluation and optimization, providing actionable insights to the Rish Nutrition team.
• Social Media Management: Manage Rish Nutrition's social media platforms, create engaging content, and monitor online conversations.
• Content Creation: Oversee the outsourcing of video content creation and manage relationships with content creators to produce high-quality content that aligns with Rish Nutrition's brand.
• Paid Advertising: Manage Rish Nutrition's Google, Tik Tok, and Meta advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the health and wellness industry, providing valuable insights to the Rish Nutrition team.
• KOL Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the health and wellness space to promote Rish Nutrition's brand.
• Website Analytics: Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to the Rish Nutrition team.
• Industry Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, ensuring that Rish Nutrition is at the forefront of industry best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within Rish Nutrition, including fulfillment, offline marketing, and sales, to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, and paid advertising (within the health and wellness space is a bonus)
• Understands Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong proficiency in Google Marketing Platform and Facebook Ad Manage.
• Experience building and optimizing display advertising campaigns for health and wellness brands.
• Knowledge of customized audience targeting based on demographics and psychographic characteristics, and full-fledged funnel targeting within the health and wellness industry.
• Experience using social media for brand awareness, impressions, and achieving goals within the health and wellness space.
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools, including Google Analytics, as well as internal reporting tools.
• Experience with search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC), paid media, retargeting, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization within the health and wellness industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
