Digital Marketing Manager

PLANNEW is a marketing agency specialising in promoting artisanal Korean brands. The brand is established by a South Korean celebrity chef and entrepreneur, Olivia Lee. She currently based in Singapore runs So Good K, an online purveyor of premium Korean products. Lee would like to expand her expertise by establishing its footprint into Malaysia. We are looking for driven and proactive individuals to join us.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategies for the target market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory levels for online sales.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and digital initiatives
  • Conduct analysis on data collected from marketplaces and platforms to identify areas of improvement.
  • Leverage data and A/B testing to optimize campaigns and tactics, driving traffic and customer acquisition
  • Create monthly trading plans and an annual e-commerce plan
  • Office and administrative tasks
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Possess a strong understanding of the online F&B landscape, consumer trends, and best practices in e-commerce sales of food and beverage products.
  • Has experience in optimizing product listings and website content for search engines and creating engaging content that drives conversions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with
  • cross-functional teams
  • Minimum of 3 years in E-commerce and 1 year of Managerial Role
  • Fluent in Melayu and English is a must. It will be a plus point for fluency in Korean
  • Most importantly, we are seeking a team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for the F&B industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Experience:
  • E-commerce: 3 years (Required)
