Answer customer enquiry in relation to ON-LINE shopping of products and services at Shopee and Lazada
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Understand what customer needed and suggest various product option that available
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
With / Without experience are acceptable
Working in air-conditioning Office Room
Have your own independent desk
Young, happy harmonious working environment
