Job Description

Job responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing assigned marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Mudah, etc.) including create/amend/edit/update existing and new product listings, product visuals, product descriptions, promotion price setting, shop decoration etc.
· Maintain all marketplace stores and utilize the available marketing tools matters (Seller picks, campaigns, chat broadcast, daily feed, daily customer engagement, voucher tier setting)
· Work hand-in-hand with E-Commerce Marketing team to drive key e-commerce metrics including but not limited to visitors, conversion rate, basket size and order size and competitor analysis.
· Ensure all promotion planning by are updated and executed on the assigned marketplaces according to the plans on time/in advance
· Work closely with Customer Service team to ensure all customer queries are responded immediately, including but not limited to related to orders fulfilment period, product info (expiration date/description/SKU code), price, free gifts, etc on marketplace. Also, to provide suggestion for any exchange replacement product due to OOS/constraint/allocation, to re-ship or to refund to customers.
· Provide monthly sales analysis report and identify key issues and opportunities to increase sales.
· Create and Maintain product ads.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications/Multimedia, Computer Science or equivalent.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided. Min 1 year experience in related field will be an added advantage.
· Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia & English good communication skills both written and spoken.
· Ability to manage a changing workload in a dynamic deadline-driven changing environment.
· Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
· Ability to work independently and as a team
· Responsible, able to report problem/issue immediately to superior prior to any decision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
