Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing product listings, pricing, and promotions on the e-commerce platform
• Planning and submission of online campaigns.
• Assisting with customer enquiries and live host support.
• Planning and execution of Chinese social media contents.
• Work with other departments to develop and implement online sales campaign.
• Monitoring and analysing key performance metrics to track the success of online initiatives.
• Identifying market trends and competitive insights to inform strategy adjustments.
• Implementing customer retention strategies to increase repeat purchases and loyalty.
• Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:
1. One year of experience in this field will be preferred.
2. Able to speak/read/write in BM, Chinese, English is preferred.
3. Had experience in customer service field is advantage.
4. Familiar with e-commerce platform is a plus.
5. Know basic in Microsoft Office/ Excel/ Adobe Illustrator
6. Able to work under a fast-paced environment.. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Careful and mindful personality, willing to ask and learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
