• Plan and monitor paid search marketing campaigns on the e-commerce platform, partnering with vendors to leverage all marketing opportunities.
• Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offer code performance.
• Oversee overall e-commerce functions, operations, budget, and performance.
• Monitor and analyze consumer data and platform traffic.
• Oversee product optimization, ad optimization, and product searchability to elevate brand visibility and search ranking.
• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Tik Tok) to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize online sales.
• Lead the implementation of online campaigns for seasonal promotions and product launches, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in promotions, pricing, and messaging across platforms.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
• Manage the performance marketing budget to achieve growth targets.
• Implement and oversee e-commerce activities, including but not limited to Tik Tok, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Facilitate order processing, delivery, and returns for customer orders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities.
• Provide quality service and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee e-commerce sales, promotions, marketing, and social media programs across digital platforms.
• Upload and manage product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging.
• Write compelling product descriptions, headlines, and bullet points to effectively showcase product features and benefits.
• Ensure high-quality product images are uploaded, appropriately sized, and optimized for web viewing.
• Monitor product inventory levels, update stock availability, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate stock levels on online platforms.
• Regularly review and update product prices in line with pricing strategies and market trends.
• Assist in executing promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion and improvement.
• Perform any other duties assigned by superiors/management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,451.15 - RM3,337.28 per month
