We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, record maintenance, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in human resources.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
• Support training and development initiatives.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience in an HR role preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
