- Develop detailed Electrical building services drawings including Single line diagrams, lighting & small power System, Extra Low Voltage System, Lightning Protection and Earthing system, using computer-aided design drafting software (Auto Cad).
- Conduct clash detection / analysis and resolve design issues in coordination with other teams.
- Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in project meetings to communicate progress, address any technical queries, and provide input on design solutions.
- Work closely and liaise with Lead/Engineer to ensure drawings are accurate and in keeping with design intentions.
- Able to prepare Mechanical building services drawings covering areas such as Air conditioning, fire protection, plumbing will be added advantage.
- Candidate recommend to posses SPM Certificate /Higher qualifications or equivalent of Studies in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, hardworking, result oriented and a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Auto CAD.
- Experience in M&E drafting, with BIM (Revit) skills being an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as job role is required to communicate in Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
