Emergency Vehicle Operator

- The role will work closely with paramedics and other medical staff to provide a critical service in emergency situations.
- Reporting To: Operation Manager -Emergency Department
- Safely drive and operate an ambulance in response to emergency and non-emergency calls.
- Ensure timely arrival at the scene and transportation of patients to medical facilities.
- Conduct regular checks on the ambulance to ensure it is fully operational, clean, and well-maintained.
- Keep accurate records of patient transport, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Assist in loading and unloading patients on stretchers and securing them safely in the ambulance.
- Assist paramedics and emergency medical technicians (EMT) with moving patients, providing basic first aid, and ensuring patient safety during transit.
- Maintain communication with dispatchers, medical staff, and emergency services.
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
- Valid driver's license and GDL license.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience as an ambulance driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move patients as needed. Work involves physical activity, including lifting and moving patients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
