Job Descriptions:
Role and Responsibilities
· Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces.
· Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
· Painting - Ensuring even coverage and adherence to quality standards
· Operate spray guns and other painting equipment effectively and safely.
· Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections and apply touch-ups as necessary.
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
· Mix and spray paint and primer per work instructions
· Maintain and clean painting equipment, including spray guns and booths
· Follow safety procedures and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper ventilation practices.
· Operates and uses all body shop equipment properly and safely.
· Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed.
· Management of the collection, disposal, and storage of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes
· Work closely with other team members, including body repair technicians, to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· High school, diploma or equivalent required.
· Experience as a vehicle spray painter or in a related field.
· Knowledge of various paint types and application techniques.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
· Ability to work quickly and efficiently
· Detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
