Employee Safety & Health Manager

- Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees
- ISO14001 and Head of Safety Standardization System.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics
- Experiences in RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) 廢氣處理系統
- Experiences in APCS (Air Pollution Control System) operations and to ensure compliance with DOE and factory requirement, and final discharge meet standard stipulated by DOE.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (licensing, compliance issue and new requirement update)
- Investigate incidents and near misses, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on EHS initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- At least more than 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing environment (PCB industry).
- Experiences in project management and plant start-up will be added advantage.
- Possessing Ce PBFO (bag filter) competency will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., DOE/DOSH)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (verbal and written) will be an advantage and required to work with the China Team.
- Able undergo training in China for at least 3-6 months.
Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
