Environmental Officer (Based in Bandar Bukit Raja, Selangor)

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations
  • Assess potential environmental risks and develop management strategies
  • Monitor air, water, and soil quality during construction
  • Implement waste management plans and recycling procedures
  • Promote energy efficiency, water conservation, and biodiversity protection
  • Provide environmental training to construction staff
  • Prepare reports on environmental performance and incidents superior
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • Familiarity with local environmental laws and construction processes
  • Minimum 2 years of environmental management experience in construction
  • Must have Cesswi/ My-Cisec/ CEPEIAEO certificate
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to analyze data and suggest environmental improvements
  • Relevant environmental management certifications are advantageous
  • Ability to work in a dynamic construction environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
