Job Description :

• Assist in administration matters of the department.
• Coordinate internal and external mailings.
• Assist in the department filing work.
• Handle internal and external telephone calls.
• Assist in the preparation of quotations and contracts and process proposals, contracts, mailings, etc.
• Familiar with the operation and application of the hotel’s computer system.
• Provide sales assistance and coordinate correspondence with the Sales, Catering and Event Managers where necessary.
• Schedule appointments and meet prospects.
• Act as the liaison between field sales person and client throughout the onsite process (pre-event, event, and post-event).
• Manage group room blocks and meeting space of small assigned groups.
• Ensure billing accuracy and conduct bill reviews with clients prior to processing final bill.
• Work with supervisor to oversee the client experience from file turnover through the post event phase until turnover back to Sales.
• Work under the guidance of supervisor to forecast group sleeping rooms and event revenue (catering and audio visual) for his/her groups.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary.

Required Education :
· Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
Required Experience :
· Minimum one (1) year working experience in the same field in hospitality and hotel industry.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills :
· Good time and stress management, organization, planning and customer relations skills.
· Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
· Able to work long hours to complete outstanding sales, events coordination and administrative work.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
