Key Accountability

• Performs audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting auditees processes and procedures.
• To engage with business units to investigate on breakages and follow up on business units' action plans in resolving the issues.
• To execute the In-Flight Operation audit program to ensure compliance by service providers to MH standards and procedures.
• To conduct Halal Training and Halal Accreditation Audit for MH service providers.
• To execute ad-hoc assignment by investigating and reporting the root cause, provide recommendation and track closure from business units' for an event affecting customer experience adversely.

Qualification & Experience

• Degree in Food & Beverage, Halal Certification or any related field with 2 – 4 years of relevant experience
• Areas of Experience -& Experience in Halal, Food & Beverages field and airline industries
