Executive, Customer Experience (Temporary 9-months)

CONTRACT

▪ Attend outbound and inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
▪ To perform telesales for Life Insurance Product.
▪ Attend EZ Connect and EZ Protect enquiry via Whatsapp diligently.
▪ To handle full settlement request and to arrange to send redemption merchandise to customers.
▪ Diligently perform relief function as assigned in absence of any team member.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
▪ Minimum diploma in any field
▪ Minimum 1 year of working experience in related industry
▪ Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
▪ Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
▪ Effective in multitasking, fast-learner and a strong team-player
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
