Position Overview
To be monitoring each cover service branch (region) stock holding and trip delivery planning to fulfilled in between timeline and make sure all service branch-related daily operations in well-
controlled.
Job Responsibilities

• Monitor branch stock levels, ensuring the availability of stock meets branch

requirements while optimizing storage and transportation costs.

• Check stock forecast as reference to plan and coordinate daily delivery

transportation arrangement.

• Create daily routes for each vehicle, keeping in touch with drivers throughout the day and dealing with problems.
• Liaise with appointed logistic partner on the delivery / collection arrangement
• Coordinating between warehouse and related department / branches on the stock delivery arrangement.
• Liaise with the branch manager in relation to booking times and references, also delays and possible issues with delivery.
• Respond and fulfilled to related department or service branch stock order delivery request.
• Keep track delivery times, transport cost and performance evaluation as to ensure timely delivery and cost efficient.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Able to read and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply, having 1-2 years or above working experience in Logistic/Shipment Import Export/Transportation/Supply Chain field would be an added advantage.

Technical & Management Skills:

• Good time management skill
• Computer Literacy: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, etc.
• Communication skill: able to communicate well with all department.

Personal & Interpersonal skills:

• Good attitude, responsible and discipline.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
