Junior Account Executive

Job Description:
  • Support day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain organized and accurate accounting records.
  • To handle posting and processing entries to ensure all business transaction are recorded properly.
  • Ensure month end close duties are prioritized and deadline are delivered on time.
  • Handling AR & AP area of works together with accounts / finance department, and to support as at when required.
  • Liaise with banker for all the banking matters.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agent for all the financial year audit and tax matters.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Requirements:
  • Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Words & Excel
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with SQL / Accounting software an added advantage.
  • Accountability, accepting absolute responsibility for all tasks assigned
  • Good in time management and able to meet deadlines
  • Had own transportation, working location : Bukit Jalil
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
