Junior Account Assistant

- Support day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain organized and accurate accounting records.
- To handle posting and processing entries to ensure all business transaction are recorded properly.
- Ensure month end close duties are prioritized and deadline are delivered on time.
- Handling AR & AP area of works together with accounts / finance department, and to support as at when required.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
- Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office: Words & Excel
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with SQL / Accounting software an added advantage.
- Accountability, accepting absolute responsibility for all tasks assigned
- Good in time management and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Pro-active individual with a good working attitude, willing to learn & problem solving.
