Job Requirements:

• Respond to customer request on maintenance, repair & overhaul of MTU Diesel Engines and Monitoring system.
• Prepare quotation inclusive of manpower requirement, duration, spare part and overall cost.
• Follow up and track record of all works and request from customer.
• Assists prepare work scheduling, monitor and maintain program of delivery and timeline.
• Coordinate and discuss with relevant departments on manpower, special tools and spare part requirement.
• Prepare and submit spares requisition to management for approval
• Track record and follow up spare delivery with relevant department.
• Coordinate with relevant parties for work execution, review and monitor work progress.
• Solve issued raised and provide advice / recommendation on work progression for further improvement.
• Track and report to manager on the progress of MRO works.
• Compile all relevant documentations and bill for invoicing.
• Evaluate project performance & present to management for review.
• Prepare, submit and review forecast work for budgetary.
• Assist in preparing business plan for yearly projection and forecast business.
• Any other duties and project assigned by Management.

Academic Qualifications & Additional Skillsets:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably engineering or equivalent.
• Required language (s) to converse, read and written excellently: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 0-2 years of working experience in the related filed is required in this position.
• Experience in SAP systems and basic engineering knowledge is an added advantage.
• Able to work autonomously in a demanding environment and hands-on problem solving skills are needed when necessary.
• Able to interact with all levels of the organization including senior management and external party.
• Relationship builder, strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work internally and externally in an effective and efficient way.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Manjung/Sitiawan.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
