- To achieve monthly sales target set by the management.
- To identify, propose and to develop potential / new business opportunities accordance to the company goals.
- To establish, develop and implement marketing plan, strategy and research to achieve corporate objectives and to identify opportunities to support ongoing sales & profitable growth.
- To propose sales and marketing planning, including monitoring trends, identifying sales opportunities and the development of promotional strategies and marketing plans for F & B outlet.
- Manage marketing efforts across social media platforms.
- Managing all digital marketing platforms such as company website, Facebook. Instagram etc.
- Development and implementation of a social media campaign to promote the companies name and brand to the general public.
- Respond to customer enquiries/ complaints upon request.
- Provide timely feedback to management of all sales activities.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year’s working experience in sales & marketing.
- Preferably specializing in F & B industry.
- Well-spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, ads manager, marketing database etc will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
