Job Description

Location: Royal Selangor Club, Kuala Lumpur
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive F&B Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Selangor Club. The successful candidate will manage all administrative functions of the Food & Beverage (F&B) department, ensuring smooth operations. This position is crucial in supporting the F&B Head with daily coordination tasks, including preparing reports, handling minutes of meetings, and managing ad hoc duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and execute administrative tasks for the F&B department.
Prepare and manage reports, data, and files related to F&B operations.
Record minutes of F&B meetings and follow up on action points.
Assist the F&B Head in daily operations, including acting as secretary for internal matters.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth F&B services and operations.
Assist in preparing and organizing events, functions, and other club activities.
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management or any related discipline.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
Strong knowledge of Excel for data tracking and reporting.
Able to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
