Role Responsibilities
  • Assist with stores and warehouse stocktake and ensure completion of all stocktake investigations are on the same day
  • Conduct stores surprise audit accordance with the QSC and ZTC checklists at least one store per day
  • Brief the audit findings during exit meetings with store manager/PIC
  • Draft, finalize and share the audit findings and reports with management
  • Conduct in-store surprise cash count and warehouse delivery check as well as handle ad-hoc request from HQ to ensure the store is 100% compliance with the store policy
  • Conduct case investigation on non-compliance case report to HQ for required action
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant
Role Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting/Retail Operation or equivalent qualification
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Basic knowledge in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Fast learner with good time management skill
  • Able to work under tight deadlines with pressure
  • Good team player
  • Must possess own transport as travel is required
  • Must willing to travel extensively including outstation
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
