Account Payable

• Purchase Order for Truck

GL

• Preparation of costing (Assembly truck)
• Assist in Stock Take
• Process and maintains general ledger accounts and other statutory payment;
• Prepare & maintain Fixed Assets schedule;
• Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully compliance with company policy;
• Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system;
• Ensure all accounting documents and records are properly filed up and well-maintained;
• Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Company Secretary, Legal and Banker;
• Assist in preparation of internal and external reporting

Account Receivable

• Managing customer aging and block customer if exceeded payment terms
• Record customer receipt payment
• Generate Monthly Statement to Customer (Once a month)
• Customer First Reminder & Final Reminder & Follow up with Lawyer (LOD)
• Manage down payment from customers
• Prepare Debt Collection Listing for Sales Team to chase outstanding Account (Once a Week)
• Issue Credit Note
• Create New Debtor Account
• Print Work in Progress Report

Others

• Provides supports and coaching to any subordinates at all times
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• 2 - 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Must be computer literate.
• Possess good analytical skills.
• Must be well versed in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Highly attention to detail
• Responsible and able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
